We only offer refunds when the product is still in an unused condition. When the product has been used then we will sadly not be able to provide a refund. This is due to the nature of the product being a software product that is focussed on long term results. Thus it would make no sense to offer a 14-day refund policy since this timespan would not properly indicate the results of the product.
